Meet The Doctors

Dr. Agata Konopka D.D.S

Dr. Konopka received her education in dentistry from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Following her graduation, she completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of California, San Francisco where she was a number one resident. She holds certifications in Orthodontics, Invisalign and Botox. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Clear Aligners. 

When she’s not at the office, Dr. Konopka enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as making the most out of what our fantastic community has to offer. She considers herself fortunate to live in the Santa Cruz area, where she can take advantage of the nearby beaches. She also enjoys hiking and biking, and any activity where she can be outdoors in the beautiful California sunshine.

Dr. Samuel Kuo D.D.S

Dr. Samuel Kuo was born and raised in Santa Cruz. He graduated from Harbor High School and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Santa Cruz. Dr. Kuo attended the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry to earn his DDS degree.
Afterwards, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Fresno VA and Community Regional Medical Center where he served as chief resident. Dr. Kuo then returned to his hometown and has been serving the Santa Cruz community ever since. In his spare time,
Dr. Kuo enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 sons, and family relatives whether it’s playing sports, biking, or going for a walk on the beach.
